“Breathtaking and awesome is your power! Astounding and unbelievable is your might and strength when it goes on display! Your glorious throne rests on a foundation of righteousness and just verdicts. Grace and truth are the attendants who go before you. O Lord, how blessed are the people who know the triumphant shout, for they walk in the radiance of your presence.”
The Lord has been continually and faithfully reminding me to not give into distractions and frustrations, but to keep my eyes on Him. The best way to do that is to get into a mindset of gratitude and worship. When our mind and heart are meditating on how big God is and how much He has done, it gets really difficult to be worried about the future. The passage says the foundation of His throne is righteousness and justice. So how will those not prevail? Verse 14 says Grace and truth go before Him. I think these are the days we are walking in -- days of grace and truth. Where the fight for truth, the hunger for truth and the demand for truth is gaining ground. And that is a sign that the Lord is near. So be encouraged. We know we are not walking through this alone.
